Note to Jessica Biel:I can say that the color of your dress looks nice on you, and your makeup and accessories are well selected. That is pretty much all of the positive I can draw from your look. Your Prada Gown had potential, except the few yards of fabric tucked into the top of your dress and then tucked it in at the waist. Seriously though, you thought this looked good or flattering? C'mon your boyfriend has a clothing line, you couldn't have asked him for advice? I understand trying to use a big name brand, and trying to be fashion forward, but this is not the right way to do it.

When I watched Jessica presenting in this dress and just the top half was showing - it looked like a napkin tucked in at the Red Lobster...an awful dress- on anyone. Horrid design.
